Mission Statement

Nick and Todd,

I'd like to thank you for your hard work and dedication throughout the 2021 Spartan U10 season. From practice in late 2020, through the spring of 2021, you guys made the season a fun and enjoyable experience. The patience and technical knowledge you shared with the kids exemplifies your dedication and your coaching abilities . My boy has come away from this season a better player and a better teammate.  

We look forward to working with you guys in the future, keep up the good work!

"This was my sons first year with the Spartans, I can not say enough about the coaching staff. My son had  a good passion for the game but they took that passion and grew it into a love for this sport in such a short amount of time, his skill set and confidence improved tremendously.

My son joined the Central Mass Spartans for the coaching.  During the first year of U10 Travel Ball, Nick & Todd's focus was on the fundamentals and player development.  The coaching staff's engagement with the kid's centered around positive reinforcement; which instilled confidence in the players and allowed them to raise their compete level.  To me that is The Spartan Way and why my son will be returning to the Central Mass Spartans next year.
